The interesting history of the manor dates back to the 12th century, when it was founded as a priory for the monks of Mont Saint Michel, later becoming a royal lodge for kings on pilgrimage to the Mont. Following in their footsteps, you can walk across the Bay to Mont Saint Michel. Explore the beautiful coastline of the Bay, its interesting fauna and flora, sandy beaches stretching along the coast with sailing clubs and water-sports facilities.

Excellent restaurants in the vicinity offer local produce and seafood. Visit the atelier on the estate producing traditional smoked salmon, which can accompany a special gourmet breakfast.
