15th and 18th century manor, on the banks of the Cher, in the heart of the Loire Valley, in a park about 4.5 acres .

Near Chenonceau, Amboise and Beauval Zoo, the manor was erected in the 15th century on the hillside facing the Cher. Then in the 18th century a second Directoire style mansion was built.

We are in the AOC Touraine Chenonceau vineyard.

The estate includes a monumental cellar, troglodyte cellars, an old magnanerie (breeding of silkworms) as well as a park and a forest with many species that can be traversed through recently updated paths.

Several intimate spaces have been created on the estate for total disconnection.

An island on the Cher allows an unexpected tour for the most adventurous. There is also a possibility of picnic at the top of the hillside , at the foot of 500 years old cedars. You will appreciate the romanticism of the two suites in a b&b with modern bathrooms rooms, or the quiteness of a longer stay in the old manor, to go back to the middle ages with all modern comfort. You’ll be welcome in a friendly and warm manner.

Two independent suites in the mansion, 18 th century style, 33 m2 (king bed size) and the second, 30 m2 (queen size bed) including a bedroom and an independent sitting room, private bathroom and toilet. Wi-Fi access, free parking.

Our gites and furnished in outbuildings

15th century Manor: furnished holiday cottage for 7 people (3 bedrooms for 2 people and 1 bedroom for 1 person) of 180 m² with stylish furniture, 2 chesterfield sofas and 2 large freestone fireplaces. Each room has its private bathroom. A semi modern troglodyte kitchen fully equipped can receive family or friends. Possibility of having a "Chef" on site.

Exclusive rentals

Exclusive rental/description : the entire estate can be privatized (mansion, manor, cellar, swimming pool, park ) for a day plus accommodation (12 people), with the possibility of other accommodation nearby (less than one km). Animation and selected speakers.

From €1,950 per day + accommodation + evening.

Host tables

Table d'hôte based on fresh, seasonal and local products, in short circuits, for family cooking in a perfect harmony of food and Loire wines (bubbles, white wines, red wines). Possibilities of having trays to taste local products (including a wide variety of goat cheeses).

Price 45 euros , wines included (children 30 euros). Vegetarian meal on reservation.

Reception rooms

The estate has an orangery to welcome small groups (20 people seated or 40 around high bar). Or in the monumental cellar for an oenology evening or winegrower's banquet (50 people). Possibility of having a barnum on the terrace or in the park.
More unusual or festive events can take place in a large troglodyte cellar.
