The Malouinière de la Ville Gilles is a typical St Malo shipowner’s house dating back to 1721. It was built by the Nouail du Fougeray family who traded Breton fabrics through the East India Company.This Malouinière is nestled in 12.4 acres of greenery, with a 273 yd. treelined driveway, a Chapel, a pond, a French style courtyard, and a 5-acre park to the south. The park is full of hydrangeas and rose bushes, and is planted with three-hundred-year-old trees (Araucaria, Gingko Biloba, Tulip tree, Chestnut, and Oak).

It is easily recognisable with photos of the Malouinière. Park your vehicle at the end of the driveway, in the car park. Pets : not permitted
