Alix de la VILLESBRUNE
The château de Chéronne, in the Perche sarthois, is located 2 hours from Paris and 30 km from Le Mans. The château appears to float above the lake, in the middle of English-style grounds with two-hundred year old trees, surrounded by the woods of the estate. This beautiful green setting will make you feel dreamy, calm and serene. The gatehouse at the entrance dates from the 15th century, and the château itself from the 15th and 16th centuries with revisions in the 17th and 18th centuries. It was restored in a neogothic and neo-rennaissance style at the end of the 19th century. Recent work has been carried out to make the rooms more comfortable, whilst preserving the historic character and family atmosphere which awaits guests.

Getting here ...
From Paris, A11, La Ferté-Bernard exit, D7 to La Ferté-Bernard then D323 towards Le Mans. After Sceaux-sur-Huisne turn right on the D29 as far as Tuffé then follow signs for Bonnétable on the D19, 2 km after Tuffé turn right towards Saint-Denis-du-Coudrais on the D80.
